the quality of the product is good. However, in addition to taking measurements, I literally traced the back of the sofa including where the arms connect and the slipcover I got is about 2” too sort from the top of the arm to the top of the back so the slipcover is all bunched around the back where the arm connects and we have to hide it with a pillow because we were told that custom orders were final.

Words cannot express how impressed I am with the custom slipcover we received! I have to admit my expectations were low thinking there is no way a slipcover could be made to “look like” a $4,000 Pottery Barn slipcover sofa - especially with the unique curves of the arms and attached back cushions. In my head I was thinking it was going to be something like my grandmother used to have that would come untucked as soon as you sat on it. The level of custom detail and perfect fit is just unbelievable! I cannot thank you and the team enough for taking the time to verify measurements and clarify the unique curves of my couch. The reason this is so very special to us is that my husband’s parents gave us this sofa for a wedding gift and his father passed away this year and while I wanted a newer modern sofa I wanted to keep this sofa for sentimental reasons. You brought a 30 year old sofa into 2024 - so I got my “Pottery Barn” sofa and we were able to keep the sofa that was a special gift.

Excellent, exactly as described, and was looking for. Mainly the color, as I was wanting to match the cushions from my other furniture, perfect. Sizing and zipper setup also perfect,expiecally for removing and cleaning Are there any secrets to cleaning, do's and don'ts.

Once the fabric was corrected, I got fabulous new cushions for my wicker couch seats. I plan to order more cushions for another couch once I decide on the fabric color (wish there were more color options for outdoor furniture—especial blues and teals). Great, affordable way to update furniture!

Amazing service! Fast and easy! I love my old camel back couch, but our many animals have all taken their turn putting and adding to the huge holes in the cushions. Found slip covershop.com and the solution is perfect and beautiful! And at such a reasonable cost! The animals get to stay!! (Getting rid of them was never really an option!) Awesome and amazing fast service
