I have been traveling and just got to open my custom cover from you. I am fairly unhappy with what I was sent. There is definitely the possibility of a misunderstanding in my order. If that's the case: oh, well, caveat emptor. But I was looking for a tubular pillow cover in which to roll up a comforter to use as a bolster during the day. I thought "neck roll" was the right term. I expected a bolster with round ends with the dimension I gave. So...the price for a flat pillowcase seems a lot. And I can't really use it. Thank you for reading this. ***
