I ordered this slip cover to cover a small sofa that our dog had commandeered as his personal spot. This sofa is unusual in that both the back cushion and the seat cushion are integral and non-removable. After several thorough back and forth with SlipcoverShop the cover was produced and delivered. I was chagrined to discover the slip cover didn't fit correctly. However, the SlipcoverShop team was very responsive when I called to discuss. Without any argument, I had a code to return the cover via FedEx within a day. Within a couple of week of returning I received the new slip cover and it fits very well. Thank you, Slipcover Shop, for treating your customer politely, respectfully, and responsively. I'll be back and have already recommended this service to others.

I am so pleased with the way the custom sofa cover I ordered turned out. It fits perfectly and my sofa looks brand new again--and the best part is I can take off the slip cover and wash it-essential when you have dogs! I have had a custom made slip cover made in the past by a seamstress, but ordering a new one from Slipcover shop was easier, less expensive, and much faster. I would definitely order again, and would recommend to others.

Got 2 to cover up an older tillary sofa by west elm. It was a great transformation! I will see how it holds up to wear and tear. But today i accidentally set a stain on the cover and it was very easily wiped away without a trace. So far so good.
