This sofa will be used in my husband's office. The cushions are a perfect fit, slip cover slightly loose but beautifully made. Turn around time was faster than I could have imagined. Customer service offered excellent help. They alerted me when the measurements I gave were not accurate. I remeasured, and voila! I believe in repurposing furniture before throwing it away, so potential clients, think about the possibilities of what your current furniture could look like! To be honest, slightly pricey for my purse strings, but I bit the bullet and am happy.

I found the process of measuring, photographing, and eventually being asked to make a template drawing to be far more demanding and time-consuming than the website suggested would be the case. And the delay was exacerbated when the person who asked me to make the template drawing apparently went out sick, so all came to a halt for several days. When I finally called to inquire what had happened, the template I had mailed could not be found. However, an alternate method of measurement was made available, and the product arrived quickly after that. The quality and fit of the slipcovers are extraordinary! The process was rather painful, but I’m very happy now. Kudos to the production team!

Used to cover a sleeper sofa that was in good condition but had very ugly upholstery. I would recommend. My slipcover was custom and involved a lot of measuring but results were very satisfactory.
