This company is amazing… Their customer service is incredible. I have talked to the manager, *** a couple of times and she has always been so helpful. When I received my product, it was very clear what the instructions were for taking care of it. I took it to the dry cleaners, requesting that they dry clean it, and press it. Somehow, they did not follow my instructions and my bed skirt was not fitting as it had before I took it to the dry cleaners. When I explained my predicament to ***, she talked to her supervisor, and they resolved. the issue. Very grateful that they were able help me in such a kind, caring and professional way.
