Very professional. I had a custom 48 ottoman cushion that needed attention. I provided exact measurements and got exact slip cover back. The slip cover made the ottoman cushion look brand new. make sure you measure all dimensions a few times to ensure proper fit.

I wanted to update our great room couch cushions that had visible wear to them but were structurally fine, and I had done A LOT of researching & searching until I found this product. I first ordered a cushion cover for just our matching chair to make sure I liked the quality, and after it arrived and I slipped it on the cushion I immediately ordered 3 more covers for our couch cushions-I went with 3 individual covers for our couch instead of one because I liked the look for our couch that way better. You really have to measure your cushions carefully like I did to get a perfect fit. We have had a few friends over in the past week, and everyone has loved them like we do- the look and the feel. I was hesitant about the feel & look of faux leather since I'm such a real leather snob, but I was very pleasantly surprised by this product for how authentic it looks and feels like quality leather.
