Because one of my dogs has *** incontinence I need to protect my whole bed. My dogs just don't understand my side of the bed vs their side of the bed. They also like to snuggle which means they won't just stay at the foot of the bed, either. I place three King Size Quilted Suede Bed Protectors vertically from head to foot of my queen size bed instead of using one Queen Size Bed Protector horizontally across the foot of the bed. Since there is a nice overlap, they keep my bed free of dirt and dog cookie crumbs. I do keep a water proof mattress pad under the Quilted Suede Bed Protector on the side of the bed where my dogs actually sleep at night because sometimes the incontinent dog has a large enough accident that it goes through the Bed Protectors. For the most part, though, the Bed Protectors absorb whatever wet messes my guys make. I would recommend Quilted Suede Bed Protectors for any one who sleeps with their fur ***. They are well made and do a great job of keeping the bed clean and dry.
