The product is excellent and a very good value. Before purchasing, I had a question about the items. I submitted an online request for information through Contact Us on the web site but received no response. Also, when I called the 888 number there was no answer. It's possible I called at the wrong time, though. In summary, excellent product but no response to online inquiry.
