The whole ordering process was great for me. I ordered and quickly received material sample swatches. The online ordering was easy to navigate. I had a question about the zipper placement so I called their number. An actual person answered the phone right away and was very helpful. I uploaded pictures of my project and included some special instructions. They called me about a couple of things they wanted clarification about which I appreciate since I'd rather get things right the first time. The covers are the exactly correct measurements. They even came packaged in clear plastic zippered pouches which I thought was a nice touch. What I ordered was to re-do an RV dinette to something with better quality cushions than it originally had.

It's for a chair seat cushion, which I have put on top of the existing cushion to make the seat higher. The color matches the leather perfectly, and I can get out of the chair more easily now. I gave it a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.
