We are extremely pleased with the custom slipcovers we ordered for several reasons. First of course, they fit perfectly, which I find amazing given that the process depends upon the customer to make multiple detailed measurements following the directions from the company's website. And that is the second point, we found the measurement tool to be wonderful. Directions were clear, the tool's interface design was intuitive and flexible. But of course, despite the excellent tool, we made errors in our first attempt. And that is the third point. Customer service was superb. Working with Carolina was wonderful. She was responsive and extremely helpful providing corrections and detailed instructions on how to correct our errors. And the fabric and quality of construction was top notch. We literally have three brand new couches as a result. Someone looking at them would think that the couches were crafted from the material and that it was not a slipcover, that is how accurately it fits the couch's dimensions. We know nothing about fabric, sewing, etc and yet we were able to create virtually perfect slipcovers for our couches, so I would recommend this company to anyone who is able to take accurate measurements (using a seamstress or cloth tape measure and not a metal one!) and can follow clear directions from an online program (which has excellent visual aids).
