I am so disappointed in this custom slipcover. The color of the slipcover, Burlap Camel, is much darker than what is represented on your website. Yes, I should have ordered swatches, but couldn't imagine that your website representation would be so far apart. I requested NO SKIRT and the slipcover has a skirt that is visually unappealing, hits below the sofa on the legs, with a seam all the way around. I specified in my email that the slipcover SHOULD NOT cover the legs. If the cover had at least fit, that would have been a plus. The only positive comment I can make, is that the fabric is good quality. This cover was of course, made to order, and I cannot return for a refund. So I not only wasted my money for the cover, but the additional 2 day delivery shipping costs. The sofa and cover are going to be donated ASAP.

My chair looks amazing with your slipcover on it, it could be all brand new. It came with a slipcover originally, except that it never properly fit over the frame and needed velcro flaps at the back, which also never fit or worked correctly. Your new slipcover fits the chair so snugly that it doesn't even need velcro or flaps! I will be buying an extra cover for the back pillow, because my dog sits on the chair every day - and most likely another whole set of covers but in a different fabric. Before the new covers arrived I was worried that it wouldn't be worth the price but it definitely was.
