Yes. This turned out very nice. They went beyond and above to create the slipcover to the proper dimensions. It fit nicely and fabric was great quality, and I used cushion velcro to taper how it fell along sides but all very lovely! Also customer service was great and terrific turnaround on product. I would recommend to anyone looking for a slipcover.

When I messed up the measurements, they actually called to straighten it out. The final slipcover was perfect and fits better than the old one. I would definitely use them again.

Overall great slipcover. Good craftsmanship. Fits pretty well. However, I find the tension straps a bit difficult to use, it is hard to feed thick material into the clip.

The cover I ordered was for a very high quality, extremely comfortable Rowe overstuffed chair that is over 25 years old and had been lightly used in the living room for many years and more recently relegated to never being used in a guest room. The foam was still in excellent condition and the original fabric was beautiful but dated so it seemed a waste to sell it for next to nothing. Reupholstering was prohibitively expensive so the slipcover was the ideal solution to give the chair a whole new look and life for our grandkids' playroom. Due to the precision of the many measurements, the slipcover fits perfectly and looks exactly the way I hoped it would. The fabric is sturdy & its neutral color goes with the room decor perfectly. I would recommend your product to anyone who has older, high quality upholstered furniture that's still in solid condition since it's probably so much better than most furniture one would be able to buy today. The process was explained extremely well on the worksheet and I was contacted promptly to correct one of my selections to ensure I ordered the correct cushion style. I am completely satisfied with the slipcover and am considering getting a second one made for the matching chair and possibly the ottoman. I also try hard to find products & services in the US and am very happy to support you! Thank you so much!

This is our second custom order with slipcover shop. The craftsmanship and care that goes into these covers is great. Seams are perfect and the cover fits like a glove. I'm really happy with our fabric choice. Ordered samples first to decide on color and feel. The folks at Slipcover shop are helpful and nice to work with. So happy with our "new" couch!
